About Us...

We opened the doors of The Crossing in February of 2006 after more than a year of preparation, to provide help to the men, women and children caught in the distress of unplanned pregnancy. Our mission is to provide pregnancy support services dedicated to upholding the dignity of every human life by reaching out to people who are or could be affected by unexpected pregnancy with Spiritual, physical and material needs through free counseling, support services and education. Our staff are trained and undergo continuing education to best meet the needs that we encounter. Our education committee reaches out to the community both to parents and youth, encouraging discussion and decisions that promote healthy relationships. The Earn While You Learn program assists in learning and skill development to see clients move forward and provides material items to cover needs in the time of transition to independence. There is never discrimination in providing of services based on race, creed, color, national origin, age, or marital status.
